3. Receive: Get your individual snapshot immediately, and the full Halmyre Growth Strategy Insights Report in Spring 2026.

Survey & Contest Rules

Eligibility:

• The incentives are open to association professionals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, officers, and directors of Halmyre, Dynamic Benchmarking, and their respective immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the incentives.
• No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is necessary to enter or win the gift card draw. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.
• Participants wishing to participate in the incentives must complete the incentives entry form linked at the conclusion of the 2026 Growth Strategy Diagnostic survey.
• Entrants made up to February 28, 2026, will be eligible for the incentives. Halmyre and Dynamic Benchmarking reserve the right to amend this deadline.

Entry Limits & Data Integrity:

• Limit of one (1) entry per person and per organization. Incentive offers are non-transferable.
• Right to Disqualify: Halmyre and Dynamic Benchmarking reserve the right to disqualify any participant who submits incomplete, incomprehensible, or clearly fabricated data. The purpose of this diagnostic is to gather valid industry benchmarks; entries deemed to be "spam" or lacking genuine strategic data will be removed from the incentive pool.
• Gift card recipients will be drawn from all form submissions made by the submission deadline. Gift Card recipients will receive a link to a gift card platform where they can select from a variety of retail options. Gift cards will be issued in CAD or USD, depending on the recipient's location. Recipients outside Canada and the US will receive USD.
• Eligibility for the first 20 respondents will be based on time-stamped incentive form submissions. These first 20 entrants do not include organizations invited by Halmyre and Dynamic Benchmarking to participate as pre-launch survey platform testers, as separate incentives were identified for that group of participants.
• An email will be sent to the first 20 entrants to confirm the selection of a free Value Proposition Quick Scan, or 10% off Halmyre audit services.
• Quick Scans will be completed in order of expression of interest. While Halmyre will aim to complete the Quick Scans by June 30, 2026, volume may impact this timing and we cannot guarantee completion dates.
• Discounts off Halmyre audit services are available for audit contracts signed and commenced by June 30, 2026. The discount offer expires after that date.

Winner Notification & Unclaimed Prizes:

• Selected entrants for the Gift Card draw will be notified via the email address provided in the benchmarking platform sign-up form.
• Selected entrants must respond to the notification within five (5) business days to claim their prize. If a selected entrant fails to respond within the allotted time, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate entrant may be selected.

Canadian Compliance (Skill-Testing Question):

• In accordance with Canadian sweepstakes law, any selected entrant resident in Canada must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance (mechanical or otherwise) to be declared a winner of a Gift Card.

Legal & Liability:

• Release: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Halmyre, Dynamic Benchmarking, and their respective affiliates from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the content or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize won.
• Privacy: Personal information collected via the incentive form will be used for the administration of this contest and in accordance with Halmyre’s Privacy Policy. It will not be sold to third parties.
• Jurisdiction: These rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
• Void Where Prohibited: This offer is void where prohibited by law.
